Decree of the public ledger
The books
are public.
DCTR is a satirical SocialFi project on Solana. The parody is a regime that publishes its own files. What exists here now is a transparency checker that reads third-party market and on-chain data, and published incubator rules backed by an already-allocated reserve — never a new mint.
Two pillars · the actual work
Decree I
Transparency Checker
Paste any Solana mint. Market figures (price, liquidity, volume, pair age) come from DexScreener, with GeckoTerminal as a labeled fallback when DexScreener has no pair. Holder concentration, mint and freeze authorities, and LP lock — when present — come from RugCheck’s public report. That is a third-party dataset, not a DCTR contract audit and not a safety rating. If a source fails, that panel shows an error. A page with one source down is a partial file.

Decree II
DCTR Incubator
Published vetting rules and an allocated Trophy & Presidential Reserve (ceiling 150,000,000 DCTR). Mint authority is revoked. Applications are not currently being reviewed. The 50,000,000 DCTR founding cohort is a planned allocation, subject to confirmation — not a guaranteed payout or a fixed distribution date. This incubator is not the proposed developer competition. Not a prize, not a jackpot, and not tied to anyone’s P&L.

150,000,000
DCTR, forever, all cohorts
- Founding Cohort: planned 50,000,000 DCTR allocation, subject to confirmation. Month 6 post-launch is a calendar convenience, not a guaranteed payout date.
- Later cohorts: remaining 100,000,000 DCTR is a published ceiling split, not a funded schedule (~10,500,000 / year as a presentation figure only).
- No new tokens. The mint cannot fund this.
- Applications are not currently being reviewed.
Published vetting standard
No exceptions list.
01
Publicly disclosed operating wallet
The team publishes a wallet that actually operates the project. Hidden or rotating wallets fail this test.
02
Liquidity locked via a public, verifiable contract
Lock must be on a public contract (for example Streamflow) that anyone can inspect. No exceptions, no private screenshots.
03
Identifiable, consistent public accountability
A wallet or handle with a real public history — not a brand-new anonymous account with zero track record.
04
A real product, working prototype, or credible roadmap
A themed ticker is not a product. There must be something to use, inspect, or follow that is more than a launch graphic.
05
No prior rug-pull or abandoned-project history
Checked against the team's known wallets. Prior rugs or silent abandonments are disqualifying.
Direction · not a product on this site
The world we’re building toward
DCTR’s vision is a simulated world where developers build AI agents, test how they cooperate, and discover how failures spread when data, services, or other agents become unreliable.
We are aiming for a target initial cohort of 112 developers across seven regions — a planning figure, not a verified enrollment count. The official whitepaper v3.2 Phase 1 instead names eight regional Telegram sectors. Neither figure is a live product on this site. The proposed competition begins with individual qualifying rounds, followed by multidisciplinary teams led by regional winners. Participants would receive reports documenting their agents’ strengths, weaknesses, and progress.
The planned economy uses DCTR for buying and selling agents and tools. The connected simulation world, competition, and marketplace are not available yet.

Satire layer · not a product claim
The Founding Dictator
In the narrative, @drjnab sits outside and above every ministry. No citizen, president, or cabinet member holds authority over the Founder. Removal conditions, satirical: complete loss of internet connection, or physical death. Succession passes to whichever Sector President holds the most Pointy-Topped Nuclear Warheads — an in-game achievement item, not a weapon, and not a product of this website.
Sector Presidents appoint Cabinet Ministers for Technical Analysis, Ridiculing Dumb Traders, War & Rescue, and Special Rescue Squads. Those titles are community-role satire. They are not financial authorities, and they do not govern the Checker or the Incubator.
Disclaimer — do not skip
DCTR is a satirical, entertainment-oriented project. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. No return, value, or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Digital assets are volatile and can lose all value. This applies to BOTH the transparency checker (data shown is informational, not a buy/sell signal) and the incubator (grants are not investment advice or an endorsement of any incubated project's future performance).
