Published before it is enforced. These are conduct rules for anyone speaking for, with, or around DCTR. They are not optional flavor.

If someone in a DCTR channel breaks NEVER, treat the message as hostile until proven otherwise. If someone offers a private deal, a paid “alpha,” or a request for keys, they are not operating under this law.
