DCTR Incubator

Published rules for a merit-based grant, against low-effort pump-and-dump launches. The standard below is public, verifiable, and the only standard. An allocated reserve exists. Applications are not currently being reviewed. This incubator is not the proposed developer competition.

Grants are not investment advice and not an endorsement of any incubated project’s future performance. There is no track record of incubated projects yet. This page will not invent one.

What this is not

  • Not a prize pool, jackpot, or contest purse.
  • Not tied to trading performance, charts, or P&L.
  • Not funded by minting new DCTR — mint authority is revoked.
  • Not a promise that any project will succeed.

Published vetting standard

Five tests. No exceptions.

  1. Article 01

    Publicly disclosed operating wallet

The team publishes a wallet that actually operates the project. Hidden or rotating wallets fail this test.

  2. Article 02

Liquidity locked via a public, verifiable contract

Lock must be on a public contract (for example Streamflow) that anyone can inspect. No exceptions, no private screenshots.

  3. Article 03

    Identifiable, consistent public accountability

A wallet or handle with a real public history — not a brand-new anonymous account with zero track record.

  4. Article 04

A real product, working prototype, or credible roadmap

A themed ticker is not a product. There must be something to use, inspect, or follow that is more than a launch graphic.

  5. Article 05

No prior rug-pull or abandoned-project history

Checked against the team's known wallets. Prior rugs or silent abandonments are disqualifying.

Funding mechanic · legally load-bearing

The mint is closed. The ceiling is 150,000,000.

Source of funds

DCTR’s mint authority is permanently revoked. One billion DCTR were initially minted; further minting is disabled. No new tokens are created for this or any purpose.

All incubator funding comes from DCTR’s already-published Trophy & Presidential Reserve — total 150,000,000 DCTR — and this is the absolute ceiling, never exceeded.

Founding Cohort

50,000,000

Planned allocation, subject to confirmation: a single tranche at month 6 post-launch among the first vetted incubated projects. How this relates to any separately discussed reward or vesting contracts is not settled on this page.

Launch was 22 August 2026. Month 6 is a calendar convenience (~February 2027), not a confirmed payout date or a performance promise.

Later cohorts

Remaining 100,000,000 DCTR is a published ceiling split for later cohorts (~10,500,000 DCTR/year as a rough presentation figure), not a funded payout calendar. Total across all cohorts, forever, must not exceed 150,000,000 DCTR.

How a grant is released

Published rule if a grant is ever issued: released as a locked/vesting allocation (Streamflow-style), never an unlocked lump sum. Review would be against the published vetting criteria only. No grants have been issued.

Merit-based grant

Cohort status

No projects incubated yet.

There is no performance history, no win rate, and no list of “successful” launches to display. When a project is vetted, it will be listed here with the same public data everyone else can see.

Empty docket. Vetting rules and the reserve ceiling are published. Applications are not currently being reviewed.

Draft docket

Prepare a public draft

This form does not submit, file, or register an application with DCTR. There is no review queue behind it. It only prepares text you can copy. Opening a GitHub issue is optional public text, not a reviewed filing. Applications are not currently being reviewed. Do not DM a proposal.
